धमतरी: कलेक्टर श्री ऋतुराज रघुवंशी ने आज इंडियन रेडक्रास सोसायटी की आजीवन सदस्यता ग्रहण की। इस अवसर पर कलेक्टर ने जिले में पदस्थ अन्य अधिकारियों एवं जिलेवासियों से इंडियन रेडक्रास सोसायटी की आजीवन सदस्यता लेने आग्रह किया। जिले में इंडियन रेडक्रास सोसायटी का गठन वर्ष 2016 में किया गया था। इसके पूर्व जिले में इंडियन रेडक्रास सोसायटी के कुल 48 सदस्य थे, किन्तु कलेक्टर श्री रघुवंशी की आजीवन सदस्यता लेने के बाद 35 अन्य अधिकारियों ने रेडक्रास सोसायटी की आजीवन सदस्यता ली है। रेडक्रास सोसायटी जिले में स्वास्थ्य सहायता, सेवाकार्य, दुर्घटना आदि में बचाव कार्य व अन्य महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों में अपना सहयोग देती रही है।

Collector Rituraj Raghuvanshi has become lifetime member of the Indian Red Cross Society. The collector urged the other officials posted in the district and also the local people to become lifetime member of the society. In this district, Indian Red Cross Society came into existence in 2016. Earlier the society had 48 members, but after the collector became its member, 35 other officials also became lifetime members. The society extends help and assistance to the people in case of their health needs, undertakes relief and rescue operations in case of accidents and other eventualities, and also cooperates in providing valuable services to the people.
