स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्री टी.एस. सिंहदेव ने आज जगदलपुर शासकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज परिसर में 23 करोड़ 75 लाख रुपए की लागत से बनने वाले 50 बिस्तर क्रिटिकल केयर हेल्थ ब्लॉक का भूमिपूजन किया। उन्होंने 35 लाख रुपए की लागत के सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र बस्तर, और 30 लाख रुपए की लागत से खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग के संभागीय कार्यालय के निर्माण के लिए भी भूमिपूजन किया। बस्तर के सांसद श्री दीपक बैज, चित्रकोट के विधायक श्री राजमन बेंजाम, जगदलपुर नगर निगम की सभापति श्रीमती कविता साहू और मेडिकल कॉलेज के डीन डॉ. पैकरा भी इस दौरान मौजूद थे।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्री सिंहदेव ने आज तोकापाल विकासखंड के सिंघनपुर में संचालित ग्रामीण औद्योगिक पार्क (RIPA) की गतिविधियों का अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने रीपा में कार्यरत महिला समूह के सदस्यों से आर्थिक गतिविधियों के बारे में जानकारी ली। श्री सिंहदेव ने वहां महिला समूह द्वारा संचालित प्रीमियम बेकरी इकाई द्वारा निर्मित बिस्किट खरीदा। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने लोहंडीगुड़ा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का आकस्मिक निरीक्षण भी किया। उन्होंने वहां मुहैया कराई जा रही स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं और दवाईयों की उपलब्धता की जानकारी ली। श्री सिंहदेव ने यहां संचालित ओपीडी का भी जायजा लिया।

State Health Minister TS Singhdeo performed, on Monday, the ‘Bhoomipoojan’ for 50-bed critical care health block, which is to be built at the cost of Rs 23.75 crores, in the premises of the Government Medical College, Jagdalpur.
The minister performed bhoomipoojan for Community Health Centre, Bastar, which is to be constructed at the cost of Rs 35 lakhs. Divisional office of the state Food and Drug Administration department will be built up at the cost of Rs 30 lakhs. The minister performed bhoomipoojan for this building also. Member of Parliament from Bastar, Deepak Baij, Chitrakot MLA Rajman Venjam, Jagdalpur Municipal Corporation Chairperson Kavita Sahu and the medical college Dean Dr Paikra also graced the programme.
The activities of the Rural Industrial Park being maintained at Sighanpur in Tokapal development block were also observed by the minister. He enquired about economic activities from the members of the women group working there. He purchased biscuits that are being made by the premium bakery run the women group. The minister took a surprise inspection of the Community Health Centre, Lohandigura, where he took information about the healthcare facilities and availability of medicines. He also checked the OPD.
